Mount Moran in Grand Teton National Park is absolutely my favorite. Yes, "The Grand," as they call Grand Teton, is just a little taller and more jagged, but Moran has a subtle beauty I love. I have painted it many times. On the inner park road, from The Potholes Turnout, one can get a fabulous sunset view. My goal was to capture the peaceful drama from that quiet vantage point.
